Philanthropy Southwest member The Colorado Health Foundation released a white paper explaining the Foundation’s decision to create and endow Healthier Colorado, a 501(c)(4) political organization that is free to engage in lobbying and elections.

If adopted, the Act would make the IRA charitable rollover permanent, simplify the private foundation excise tax, and extend the deadline for claiming charitable contributions.
