Native, Indigenous, and Tribal Collaborative

Native, Indigenous, and Tribal Collaborative

Philanthropy Southwest is excited to announce the launch of the Native, Indigenous, and Tribal (NIT) Collaborative in partnership with Casey Family Programs. This 8-month initiative, beginning in 2025, aims to foster awareness, enhance education, and build meaningful engagement with Native and Tribal communities throughout the Southwest.

Fostering Partnerships for Tribal Well-Being

The NIT Collaborative is designed to deepen understanding of the social and funding challenges faced by Native people and provide PSW members with the tools and resources to support Tribes effectively. This collaborative effort will strengthen relationships and investments, with a focus on enhancing child and family well-being in Indian Country within the PSW service region.

What to Expect

  • Education & Awareness: Engage in a program designed to enhance understanding of Native and Indigenous cultures, histories, and current challenges.
  • Tools & Resources: Access practical tools to support and build lasting partnerships with Native communities.
  • Collaborative Effort: Work alongside PSW members, partners, and Native leaders to advance meaningful support and investments in Tribal well-being.
