Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policymakers, civic leaders, and stakeholders. Utilize statistical methods, predictive analytics, and other advanced techniques to solve challenges. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with local regulations. Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and external partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
