These resources foster meaningful conversations, share case stories from across the region, and offer a research-based framework to build a more equitable culture.

Inequities can hinder regional growth, limiting the potential of communities. Foundations have a unique opportunity to collaborate on building a more inclusive Southwest. By prioritizing equity, we can foster economic growth that benefits everyone.
