TCWF curated a list of online resources about the Texas child welfare system, including fundamentals, Community-Based Care, the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA), the disproportionality and racial equity issues in the child welfare system, the educational needs of children and youth in foster care, juvenile justice/dual-status youth (i.e., youth involved in both systems), youth transitioning to adulthood (including youth aging out of foster care), Trauma-Informed Care, Child Sex Trafficking (CST) and Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Youth (CSEY), and youth homelessness.
