Congress returns to work this week — and, according to Politico, the extenders debate will quickly heat up. The Ways and Means Committee plans to take up on Tuesday the first in what Chairman Camp has said will be a series of measures reviving the expired breaks. The first installment will include the always-popular R&D credit as well as Section 179 expensing, among others.
