Colorado voters overwhelmingly approved the legalization of marijuana in their state even though it is a federal crime and most state and local governments and foundations were against it. This presentation by the Colorado State Attorney General focused on state enforcement and decriminalization issues, as well as the perspective of a local funder on how they are responding to community needs going forward.
