Funder Town Hall on Accelerating Charitable Efforts (ACE) Act

On June 9, 2021, Senator Angus King (I-ME) and Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) introduced the Accelerating Charitable Efforts (ACE) Act. This legislation (S. 1981 ) proposes several new restrictions on donor-advised funds (DAFs) and private foundations. This webinar will provide a high level overview of the ACE provisions, how they manifested into legislation and how the sector has so far responded. During the webinar we will also hear directly from foundation leaders around the impact of DAFs on communities and what effect this legislation could potentially have on foundations.
