Join the Communities Foundation of Texas, Educate Texas, and the Texas Education Grantmakers Advocacy Consortium (TEGAC) for an in-depth recap of the 86th Texas Legislative Session. TEGAC staff and partners will discuss session highlights, with a specific look at the issues important to grantmakers, including school finance, early childhood education, effective teaching, and pathways to college and career. TEGAC’s research and advocacy partners will be there to answer questions and talk about how this new legislation impacts our region.
