This two-day event is the state's largest convening of Texas grantmakers interested in Texas public education policy and provides grantmakers with a unique opportunity to learn from national and state public education policy experts, network with dozens of philanthropic foundation leaders from around the state, and visit with members of the Texas Legislature.

Following the symposium, there is an evening reception at the Headliners Club from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. This is an opportunity for Texas grantmakers to mingle with members of the Texas Legislature, their staff, and other philanthropic colleagues in an informal, relaxed setting.

On February 27, 2019, foundation representatives will head to the Texas Capitol to meet with key state legislators about issues that are important to Texas grantmakers.
