Fort Smith, Ark. —On Monday, The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith breaks ground on a brand new $15.5 million facility for the visual arts program. The new facility will house graphic design laboratories, space for photography, painting, sculpting, and art history.
The university received a $15.5 million grant from the Windgate Charitable Foundation of Siloam Springs to build the facility.
