Dallas, TX - Philanthropy Southwest member Parks for Downtown Dallas has announced the approval and receipt of its first gift committing up to $15 million for the design and construction of Pacific Plaza, 3.2-acre park bound by North Harwood Street, Pacific Avenue, North St. Paul Street and One Dallas Center, incorporating the adjacent .49-acre James W.
