TONY CHASE JOINS HOUSTON ENDOWMENT BOARD

Anthony R. “Tony” Chase has been elected to the Board of Directors of Houston Endowment, a private foundation established by Jesse H. and Mary Gibbs Jones.

Mr. Chase is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ChaseSource, L.P., a staffing and real estate development firm. He is also a professor of law at the University of Houston Law Center.

He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard College, a law degree from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Chase serves on the governing boards of the Texas Medical Center, KIPP Houston, St. John’s School, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Sarepta Therapeutics and The Plaza Group. He is also a past chair of the Greater Houston Partnership and a past deputy chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and an Eagle Scout.

Houston Endowment awards approximately $75 million in grants each year to support charitable and educational activities in the greater Houston region.
