This complimentary lunch event will explore the ability of private foundations to align financial returns with direct charitable mission and value. Impact investing has become a very important aspect of the nonprofit capital structure and private foundations, in particular, are uniquely positioned to employ impact strategies because of their access to pools of investment capital earmarked for social purposes. To date, private foundations have invested alongside corporations and government entities to create a burgeoning marketplace. Our panelists will each convey their unique experience as funders or recipients in mission driven investment opportunities.
