Join the Texas Environmental Grantmakers Group’s upcoming spring meeting.

In order to do our part in preventing further spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with recognized health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) we have decided to hold a shortened version of the TEGG Spring Meeting via Zoom (a video conferencing service) on March 27 from 11 AM CDT - 12 PM CDT. We will save the originally planned topic (a continuation of the discussion of climate change) for another date; while we will handle a few housekeeping items, the topic of the conversation will be our response to the COVID-19 crisis. How can our funding organizations best support the charitable environmental organizations we work with, in the immediate term and in the longer stretch? What are you hearing from the organizations you work with – what impacts are they feeling currently, and what impacts are they anticipating as a result of this crisis in their futures? How might we as funders collaborate to support environmental organizations in Texas through this crisis?
