As many as 80% of children in foster care have significant mental health concerns. This event will include opportunities to hear from the following leaders in the fields of child welfare and/or mental health:

- Stephanie Muth, Commissioner of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (this will be a recorded/virtual address)
- Experts on staff at the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute
